CFO – Chief Financial Officer – Location Pune (India) – (m/f/d)
International role with direct reporting line to Germany
On behalf of a successful German industrial group, we are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (m/f/d) to lead the Finance & Administration organization at the Indian subsidiary in Pune.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance executive with an international background who is ready to take full operational responsibility under IFRS and Ind AS.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall Responsibility for Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Administration in India
- Leadership and development of a team of 10 professionals
- Ensuring statutory and group financial reporting under Ind AS and IFRS
- Reporting directly to the global CFO and CEO in Germany, as well as to the local Indian CEO
- Managing reporting, budgeting, liquidity, and compliance processes
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as CFO in India or in an international environment
- Strong expertise in Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and IFRS
- Background in international—ideally European or German—corporate structures
- Proven leadership experience in finance operations of international subsidiaries
- Business-fluent English (C1/C2) required, German language skills are an advantage
